Can I cancel & change the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with us on +91-11-25430944 or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if the product received is defective/ damaged?
In case the product received has any defect please notify us on email@example.com or call us on +91-11-25430944 with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favourable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
What if the wheels ordered don’t fit my car?
If there is a problem with the fitment of alloy wheels received,please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91-11-25430944 with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product.
What if the wheels received are of wrong finish?
In case the product received is of wrong finish, please notify us on email@example.com or call us on +91-11-25430944 with your order no. within 7 days of receiving the product. We will ask you to return the item back to us & we will replace it with the correct finish of your choice at no additional cost.
What can I return?
You can return any product if it defective or damaged, if it does not fit the particular model of car or the product received is of wrong finish.

With your order number, product description & the reason for return. We will provide details or will email you back with instructions to return through an appropriate transport company. Please return goods within a reasonable time; please ensure goods are packaged correctly, with all original packaging & tags.
Do I get charged for returning products?
We will bear transport charges for returned products if the wheels have been sent back through our specified transporter.
How long will the entire process take?
From the time that we receive your returns, the process to replace or refund amount will take approx. 7 - 10 days.
How will I be refunded for the return?
On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item value plus self-shipping reimbursement (if you have shipped your return back yourself) would be credited back to your bank account or a cheque would be issued under buyers name.
