HIJOIN with their own design and development department allows them to design , develop and manufacture quality alloy wheels as per individual specifications and requirements of customers .
After melting the alloy in continuous melting furnace , robotic automated pouring system is employed for low pressure casting of alloy wheels . High precision Computer Numeric Control ( C.N.C. ) cutting machines are then engaged to process the wheels . Coating is carried out by electrostatic spray after which the wheels pass through advance curing system to create brilliant surface.
