Hijoin Industrial Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of automobile aluminum alloy wheels , dedicated to providing safe, comfortable and aesthetic products. Presently , HIJOIN produces annually around eight hundred thousand pieces of alloy wheels from two units located at YANG MEI and YOUTH .

HIJOIN with their own design and development department allows them to design , develop and manufacture quality alloy wheels as per individual specifications and requirements of customers .
After melting the alloy in continuous melting furnace , robotic automated pouring system is employed for low pressure casting of alloy wheels . High precision Computer Numeric Control ( C.N.C. ) cutting machines are then engaged to process the wheels . Coating is carried out by electrostatic spray after which the wheels pass through advance curing system to create brilliant surface.

HIJOIN , through a steadfast commitment , rigorously adheres to strict quality control procedures applied at all stages of production and this is done in accordance with the most advanced standards for international automotive industries . Regarding quality management HIJOIN has been officially accredited by the Japan Vehicle Inspection Association ( VIA ) and awarded with international quality certification ISO – 9001
